Week 2, Day 1

Today was our first day of week 2: 3 minute run, 3 minute walk, 5 cycles.
It wasn’t easy. There was one point where I really wanted to stop running. The extra minute run  & the minute less of rest was very noticeable. No major happenings or problems. We are starting and ending with stretching and in the cool breeze, it feels really really nice. I stopped tracking the weather because it got too tedious to look up, so you will have to take my word for it.. the weather has been amazing!

Thanks for checking in with us. Any tips on easy ways to post the weather at a certain time in a certain place?
